Terms of Service
General
- By commissioning me, you are agreeing to these terms.- I reserve the right to refuse or cancel a commission at any time.- You must be 18 years or older to commission me.
Payment
- A full refund will be given if asked AND the sketch has not been started.
If lining, coloring or further has begun then a refund will not be given.
Furthermore, cancellation is always available before payment.- I may refund commissions at any time.
Refunds will be paid in full and accompanied by reason.- All payments thru PayPal invoicing, in USD.- I take payment upfront, after accepting your commission request.- Payment plans are available for any work done for $200 and over.
Process
- Clients may inquire about the commission progress at any time.- I will send a rough sketch of your commission to get approval on the size, posing, and general composition. Please feel free to chime in with any edits at this point please.- If you are not satisfied with the rough sketch, I'm willing to draft another for free- but only once. Further new roughs will incur a fee based on the cost of the commission. I reserve the right to unused sketches and may use them for other commissions / YCHs.- Once a commission is completed, two minor revisions will be done at no cost. Further revisions will incur a fee based on how much work is required. I also reserve the right to decline a revision if I feel it requires too much work. If I make a mistake (like forget a marking or feature) there will be no charge.- Drawings may take as short as a week to a month depending on difficulty of drawing and current queue.- Turn over rate isn't set in stone, but time will not exceed 3 months unless you are notified otherwise.
Other
- Commissions for commercial use and cooperate/studio projects are not available.- I may upload any commissioned piece to personal social media, unless requested by the commissioner not to.- Clients may reupload the artwork wherever you like, but credit is strongly preferred

- OK: blood, gore, candy gore, suggestive or pinups.
- NOT: intricate machinery, mechs, racist or transphobic topics of any kind, style copying.
